Premier Membership
$200/month

Billing & enrollment
Signature is $100/month. Premier is $200/month. Memberships are month-to-month with no minimum commitment and renew automatically on your monthly billing date until canceled.
A one-time $100 initiation fee is charged at your first visit after joining, whether you enroll online or in the office. This fee is nonrefundable and does not become treatment credit. There are no other membership fees.
Treatment credit
Your full monthly payment becomes account credit toward any service or product at The Valentine Clinic. Credit never expires and stays on your account after cancellation. Credit has no cash value and is nonrefundable.
Member benefits
Signature includes 10% off skincare products and device treatments, $75 off filler, 10% off Sculptra and Radiesse, and member injectable pricing.
Premier includes 20% off skincare products and device treatments, $150 off filler, 20% off Sculptra and Radiesse, and member injectable pricing.
Member discounts and injectable pricing apply only while your membership is active. Discounts apply to sale and promotional prices unless a promotion states otherwise.
Member injectable pricing
Both memberships receive the following rates:
Botox: $12/unit for fewer than 50 units; $11/unit for 50 or more units.
Dysport: $12 per Botox-equivalent unit for fewer than 50 units; $11 per Botox-equivalent unit for 50 or more units.
Letybo: $11/unit for fewer than 50 units; $10/unit for 50 or more units.
Unit counts are per visit. At 50 units or more, the lower price applies to all units in that visit. Dysport is priced in Botox-equivalent units.
Upgrades, downgrades & pauses
Upgrade anytime: The difference is charged that day and added to your credit. Your new benefits start immediately.
Downgrade anytime: Your new rate and benefits begin on your next billing date.
Pause for 1–3 months: Billing stops and your existing credit stays on your account.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by phone, email, in person, or online. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date. Your remaining credit stays on your account and remains available for use.

By joining, you agree to receive texts and emails about your membership and appointments. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
